We don't use industry jargon or confusing technical terms in our reports. We don't refer to "code" in our reports because codes vary from one jurisdiction to another and everything that is unsafe is not necessarily code. Everything in our report is explained in plain language so you will understand exactly what is defective and what is not.

Patriot started as AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service 14 years ago in central Ohio. We became an independent company in 2002. I owned and worked on rentals for 30 years prior to going into business, so home inspection seemed to be a natural transition for me. I have also been HUD-certified for seven years and have inspected thousands of HUD owned and HUD-mortgaged properties.
